Have you recently been feeling like your feelings are complicated? I've been sad lately and have been feeling down a lot, so hopefully you can find some things with me similar so we can understand how each of us feel.

"how did you get these scars ?" Is what everyone asks. Memories of you and me flash through my mind like a movie. Speeds past all the good then stutters through the bad leading me into the hurt that remained in my soul. The hurt that you shook off your shoulders and forced into a bullet that somehow fit onto cupids "fuck her" bow and drove its way into my core and released its insides into my very soul. Yes that very soul that I should've gave to you yet I sit there with a pasted smile on my face and say "that's what happens when you doing it right." The lies I tell just to make it seem like you don't matter eat away at my heart while I try to forget what you did for me. how did I get these scars ? I tried ripping out every part of you that was buried within my veins but I finally figured that if I continued id end up killing what my parents worked hard to create. Injecting myself with thousands of hate filled needles just to make my love for you disappear. to be continued…

Depression/suicide awareness

PART 1: This is all about how people wonder why people with an eating disorder find it so addictive to do this horrible thing to themselves PART 2: I myself have an E.D and I have been asked a lot of questions and I mostly try to avoid them because I don't like talking about it. This is basically an answer almost to why I did what I did. DISCLAIMER: If you are triggered by eating disorders of any kind, you do not have to continue reading. Also, if you too are struggling with an eating disorder please seek help IMMEDIATELY. I myself am struggling with excepting help but it is truly best to seek a therapist or doctor for yourself or anyone you know if you do have an eating disorder. Just know that there are people that love and that are always willing to help. ❤️

What I would love to say in public

So, mental health is something very important and we all need to acknowledge what it is. my mental health and life in general has been very rocky and i never thought i would be telling people about how i feel. However i'm doing this to hopefully give people the strength to talk about it. so yeah hopefully this helps some people. Warnings will be put at the beginning of every chapter so its just a heads up xx Some strong language will be used
