Layla Jordan has always done what her parents expected-honor roll student, church choir, no parties, no boys. But when a new girl with electric eyes moves into town and a boy Layla's known for years finally sees her, Layla is forced to confront a truth she's kept buried: she likes girls and boys. Torn between her family's expectations and her own identity, Layla must navigate a life lived in hiding-or risk everything to be herself.

She thought it was love. The kind that feels like destiny. The kind that feels like home. But some people don't leave all at once- they stay long enough to be trusted, and then disappear... like you meant nothing. What followed wasn't just heartbreak. It was silence. Blame. And losing parts of herself she didn't know how to get back. An Unfinished Story isn't about perfect love. It's about what happens after- when the truth hurts more than the ending. Based on real emotions. But the real story isn't about him leaving. It's about what it did to her- how she was blamed, judged, and broken in ways no one saw. And how, piece by piece, she found her voice again. An Unfinished Story isn't about revenge. It's about truth. And the parts of healing that people don't talk about.

Diamond grew up in the ghetto, an environment which affected her emotional well-being in more ways than one. Without a father to guide her in her early teenage years, she made some very stupid choices. On top of the list was engaging in a toxic relationship with a man seven years her senior. The unresolved emotions involved affected her more than she realised and she ended up sleeping with her ex after marrying someone else. She thought she had it all together until that one flame ignited a huge fire of burning issues. All she wanted was to grow mentally, to be at peace and she had to learn an important lesson along the way: always speak your truth. Ultimately, she had to make a choice through all the doubts, insecurities and confusion. A choice nobody had to make but herself.

"The Ghostwriter" is a powerful, emotional short story about a young writer (myself) who faces harsh criticism and judgment for using AI tools to help shape her work. Misunderstood and labeled by people who don't know her truth, she is told her stories are "weird," "fake," or "too much." Some even twist the meaning of her romance novels - calling them things they're not. But through it all, she holds onto her voice, her truth, and her passion. This story is about more than writing - it's about healing. It's about turning pain into art, surviving judgment, and learning to stop apologizing for how you express your truth. For anyone who's ever been told they aren't good enough, or who's had to defend their passion - this story is for you.

Step into a world most overlook - the chaos behind the drive-thru. This is more than misplaced orders, malfunctioning machines, or frustrated employees. This is a test of presence, patience, and awareness. Every interaction carries weight. Every word, tone, and gesture leaves an imprint. In this poem, I document the sharp, unshakable truth of human interaction in moments of pressure. From the frustration of an incorrect order to the microaggression of being misgendered, every piece of the experience is felt, observed, and responded to with clarity. I speak my truth without fear: I am not a man. I am a woman. I meet their eyes. I assert my presence. The chaos of the world does not control my response. This is awareness, accountability, and self-possession in real time. This poem is for everyone who has ever felt overlooked, misrepresented, or dismissed in the smallest moments - and reminds us that even in ordinary, chaotic spaces, our voice, our truth, and our presence matter. The drive-thru becomes a mirror: revealing patience, character, impact, and energy. It is an unflinching observation of life, service, and human interaction. Read closely. Feel deeply. Reflect on your own presence and impact on others.
