It's a new school year at Shark River High in the Splatlands! Ori is a firefly squid who's new to the school. He finds himself making friends, foes and maybe some love... (unlike my other stories this one will focus solely on splatoon ocs)

A little writing piece I've been working on just for vocabulary practice :) Here you'll find an interesting argument happening between two of my characters from my book thats coming sometime in the future, Emma and Daniel (from "Splatoon: Our Story"). The context of this piece is that Emma and her team have lost a member (Agent 3, who became too busy to continue spending his days playing Turf War with them, and has moved to Inkopolis Square to continue his work there) and are out looking for a replacement. This is all happening in the world of Splatoon 1 in Inkopolis Plaza, where my main character, Agent 3, has left to live in Inkopolis Square. (Where the narrator of the book moves with him, so you won't see any part of this piece happening in the actual story, but you can be sure that it happened while these side characters were out of focus.) All my characters are around 17 years old in this piece. Even though the Square opened, the characters you'll find in this short chose to stay in the Plaza, which is after the story setting where they were 14, so about 3 years after. (I can add more context into the story. You can read the writing piece first, or the further context piece first if you're interested enough) I hope you enjoy! It was interesting creating a piece with richer vocabulary.

This story is about a inkling who is new to inkopolis Plaza! However, the inkling is acting very strange a lot, like they are not used to seeing  other inklings that look just like him.  (btw this is an story about my splatoon oc called Armstrong Jr., so this will be different than the original story in splatoon) I hope to completely finish the story soon! :3

With this, I would like to present you: Wavy tunes! The story plays after the events of Splatoon2's story mode and during it's Dlc, Octo expansion.

[A Splatoon Fanfiction] There have been many stories about the Great Turf War - all about the victories and heroes that played their part. Though, one tale about an Inkling hero who had fought with an Octarian brush is known by only a few. The first time Hotaru Ayako had ever heard of this Inkling was from an unlikely encounter with an enemy. She has been given two choices, to either head down to Octo Valley with her own Octobrush, or face major consequences. And while she, herself is intrigued by this, she decides to spend her summer exploring the undergrounds to uncover this forgotten legend. But what she doesn't know is that her answers might be hidden in places she would not expect. Being honest...made for myself in order to have some organization. Includes oc's I haven't used for stories and anyone that may pop up in my imagination. Edit: And apparently my imagination is active as heck. I keep coming up with people that I'll never use but make a page for regardless. Edit #2: I've decided to use a hashtag only if I have more than one oc from an established franchise or if the oc is completely my own. I didn't want to use a million for every fandom, thus is is now categorized as "random fandom". (Cover and most character models made by me in Gacha Life/Gacha Club.)

They were twins, but no one knew that. She stayed in the shadows while he managed to be successful with his team. She has her own team, but they've never won a battle at all. His team is almost the opposite. She wanted to keep the relationship with her sibling a secret. She didn't want to get in the way of his success. At least, that's how it was at first. Then she wanted to get close with him again. No one would ever understand what it's like to not have the one person who supports you stay by your side when you need them. And that's exactly how she feels.
