I must have looked like an apsolute twat because I could feel myself gawking (is that a word?). My mouth flung open and my eyes nearly poped out of their sockets. He stood still for a moment and smiles, he was finding this funny, he will pay later. "Your Royal Highness, Im Pc David Budd and I belive I'm here to be your personal bodyguard" he says in his deep sexy Scottish voice, while standing in the 'classic' bodyguard pose. Please go watch the BBC's hit drama called The Bodyguard before reading this it will make so much more sence (and its great to binge watch). Its now on Netflix.

Times are tough right now. We are losing our love ones due to a horrible virus and not being able to hang out with friends and family. Being forced to stay home and social distancing. I lost my grandfather recently because of this virus and I have been struggling with my own mental health for the past month. Ironically April is Mental Health awareness month. I wish I thought of this earlier but here this is. I want to help myself and other people on their mental health during this tough time. I hope this will help and get you thinking on the prompts I will be using. Stay strong everyone we will get through this.
