The Order is a group out to find one child. One child that isn't human like the rest, and Cecelia is that child. * * * How special is your life? Cecelia often questioned this in her young life as an orphan. She had no idea what the future could hold, or how it felt to have someone to love. She had planned out what to do, and how to act, but then that changed the day she found it. A camera of some kind, one completely special . . . One with a power to traverse time through the photos that it made. Cecelia never knew her life could take such a drastic turn, but it did. From making a new friend, to realizing the world was not what it seemed. There was more out there, more depth to explore. And she was the special one. |Chapter Four will be posted soon!| |Edited by @Andicook|

"And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer." -F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby * * * Summer. The season of sunshine, sailing and sorbets. When the Mears family decide to go on a twelve day cruise, everyone is delighted - except for Casey. Casey hates the ocean. And he hates boats. But for some inexplicable reason he has decided to join his sister and parents on the luxury cruise ship - a trip that feels to him like an endless row of one excruciating, humiliating moment after the other. Until he meets Sione, the dancer with the cheeky smile and the dreamy eyes. And Casey would have never dreamt it, but maybe it's possible to fall a teensy, tiny bit in love with someone over the course of twelve days. Maybe cruises aren't even half bad. Or maybe it's just the summer magic. But Casey is about to experience the summer that changes his life.

It was easy to fall apart. But what made you get to that point? So easy to give in to the turmoil, and feel yourself give up. What about fighting for a new day? There were strange things all around us, and for Isabella Velondale, she could see these things. Her eyes were open to the beauty and the horror her kingdom had to offer. She had a knight to shield her, but there was a light out there she wanted to find. A light that would protect those she loved; to make her desolate kingdom grow again. In the land of Atriartch, the Immortals spread their darkness to consume anything and anyone in their path. The day Isabella found the creature Immortelle, was the day she gained the power to protect her kingdom. But at what price is power worth it? |First book in The Velondale Princess Trilogy| •Cover by me. ▪This is a High Fantasy Christian Novel and I would love your input!

S I L E N T | P R E V I E W "I think I've always disliked the whole 'shut up and smile' theory." Brielle Granger is desperate for a distraction. She wants to run away from home, school and most importantly her own thoughts that seem to be eating away at her slowly. She can't get rid of her self hate, and the longer she keeps herself secluded from others, alone; the sooner she will give into her deadly thoughts. Ryder Shay is considered to be the freak in flannels; the punk in plaid, his presence will never go unnoticed. Ryder was born to live along the edge, he just couldn't seem to create enough chaos or get into enough trouble. When Brielle accidentally meets Ryder, she knows; he's the perfect distraction. This may be triggering for anybody who has experienced any of this... Also, the stickers/ tags on my cover just show that I am supporting these causes with this novel: #GirlLove #Weareteenqueens #ProjectCharacter #ProjectWomanUp #WriteForYou I will also be supporting these following projects <3 [But they won't be on the cover] : #nomorescars #spreadyourwings #theaccepters #ProjectNobody #WEFIGHTON #ProjectYou All of these projects and champagnes bring awareness to mental health/ illness, woman's rights, equality, diversity, accepting oneself and so on <3

Adrik wished he was living a nightmare. His grandpa just passed away, his parents are getting a divorce, and he has to move to a completely foreign part of the country. At least with nightmares, you get to wake up. Alaska, the Russian America, has a lot more in store for this 17 year old boy than the brochures could ever inform of. With only his mom at his side, he has to battle through his senior year of high school as a stranger. His dad is back in Florida, and the only thing Adrik has to remember his grandfather by are his glasses. However, when Adrik finally takes a glance through these ancient lenses, his whole perspective is going to change. His problems now won't seem to matter at all compared to the problems he will encounter once he takes that first glance. Disclaimer: mental illnesses are present in this story, however, I mean no offense to anyone by anything said in this content. Also, I do not wish to trigger anyone who may be struggling. Ever since I was young, I believed in mermaids. In fact, I have seen one before. Not any of that fake stuff you see on the internet, I saw her swimming in the ocean. No one believed me though. But I knew they were real. As I grew older, my family and I went on a trip across the ocean for a year. When we got back, I got my own place on the beach in the Caribbean. Living on my own was so exciting, but about to get much more interesting. I didn't just see a mermaid. I met one. Beneath the Waves. Copyright © 2016. All Rights Reserved.

A Cloudcatcher short story giving some information about the Cloudcatcher universe for the sequel. *** Six years prior to the events of The Cloudcatcher. Six-year-old Ashley expected to inform the Cloudcatchers of the danger that was coming up. However she never expected to be a Cloudcatcher herself. Seven-year-old David expected to free the Cloudcatchers when they were captured. However he never expected to pair up with that quiet and shy girl named Ashley.

Freedom is a powerful thing. It is calm. Content. Strong. And hard-won. It breathes potential -- and seeks expression. Freedom is to do, to be, and to take in all that there is; to see, to hear, and to feel. Be free. Spread your wings. [Old poem with many flaws. Preserved as is for personal future reference.] Full poem + Author's Notes.
