Adrik wished he was living a nightmare. His grandpa just passed away, his parents are getting a divorce, and he has to move to a completely foreign part of the country. At least with nightmares, you get to wake up. Alaska, the Russian America, has a lot more in store for this 17 year old boy than the brochures could ever inform of. With only his mom at his side, he has to battle through his senior year of high school as a stranger. His dad is back in Florida, and the only thing Adrik has to remember his grandfather by are his glasses. However, when Adrik finally takes a glance through these ancient lenses, his whole perspective is going to change. His problems now won't seem to matter at all compared to the problems he will encounter once he takes that first glance. Disclaimer: mental illnesses are present in this story, however, I mean no offense to anyone by anything said in this content. Also, I do not wish to trigger anyone who may be struggling. The Order is a group out to find one child. One child that isn't human like the rest, and Cecelia is that child. * * * How special is your life? Cecelia often questioned this in her young life as an orphan. She had no idea what the future could hold, or how it felt to have someone to love. She had planned out what to do, and how to act, but then that changed the day she found it. A camera of some kind, one completely special . . . One with a power to traverse time through the photos that it made. Cecelia never knew her life could take such a drastic turn, but it did. Ever since I was young, I believed in mermaids. In fact, I have seen one before. Not any of that fake stuff you see on the internet, I saw her swimming in the ocean. No one believed me though. But I knew they were real. As I grew older, my family and I went on a trip across the ocean for a year. When we got back, I got my own place on the beach in the Caribbean. In which I take on the nonsensical and awkward moments of life, with quotes and prose, a few (sort of) poems and some definite randomness.

Sara is an adventurous and funny girl, after her long waited graduation she goes with her parents and her sister on a holiday in her favorite country, Egypt. There they have lots of fun, visiting lots of cities as Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. Enjoying the beautiful monuments, museums, mosques and other amazing places that Egypt provides. On their way back home, an unexpected thing happens that changes Sara into a totally different person. She will fight with depression and new life challenges. Will she fulfill her dream and become an Egyptologist? And what will happen after she realizes her dream, what comes next? What will happen with her journey, will her company find the right Tomb they were looking for or the will find the wrong one...
