Stan Smith's life turns into an absolute nightmare when Bullock gets replaced by someone who is actually competent and enforces strict accountability. Add to the fact that his daughter is having a baby and Roger ends up becoming top CIA agent, Stan finds himself descending into a living hell. (That is, a living hell by his standards anyway)
