'For, you see, each day I love you more, today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.' Those were the words Matt whispered in Emilia's ear as she fell asleep in his arms the previous night, and for the first time truly understands their meaning. Emilia has always struggled with self confidence resulting from a childhood devoid of parental love and where every decision was controlled for her. Up until now she's avoided Matt meeting her parents fearing how they could contaminate their relationship, but this is all about to end as her parents have decided to visit leaving Emilia helpless to prevent this happening. Even as she opens the door to her parents she fears for how they will take to Matt, and will Emilia find the voice which has always alluded her, or will her parents crashing back into her life destroy the fragile confidence she has gained?

Lily is a sixteen year old girl who loves to swim! She has been on the swim team ever since she was four years old. She has always loved the water and the calming feeling it gives her. One thing that she hates is fire! And it's all because of an accident that happened when she was five years old. That accident lost her something she loves. Something she can never get back. Her life is pretty normal until one day she learns that she has the ability to control something something that scares her more then anything. It changes everything, she has to learn to live with a super power she doesn't want.

Raymond Greenfield is an average flower shop owner in a small town. He's new in town, and befriends the townspeople with ease. But every small town has one thing that keeps it from being a perfect little town, one little blemish or oddity that makes it stick out and be something other than ordinary. Yet, Jesper remains, his gaze fixed on the empty chair across from him, haunted by memories of a storm, a cliff, and an unbearable loss. A familiar figure, Eli, appears in the doorway, his presence both ethereal and reassuring. With a gentle but firm voice, Eli encourages Jesper to remember the joy of cycling and the freedom it once brought him, urging him not to let a single tragic moment define his journey. Though weighed down by sorrow and fear, Jesper is slowly drawn toward the light and the life outside, where the voices of his cousins grow louder, filled with love and encouragement. As Jesper steps outside and feels the cool breeze on his face, he takes a decisive step forward. Mounting his bicycle, he begins to ride, feeling the weight of the past slowly lifting with each pedal stroke. The road ahead stretches out, a path illuminated by new beginnings, where the memories of Eli no longer hold him captive but instead guide him with gentle assurance. Jesper rides forward, embraced by the wind and the promise of a future filled with peace, renewal, and the freedom to move beyond the shadows of his grief.

His dreams, her nightmares, cloud over them. Silence has never been so painful, what do you say when the one thing keeping you alive, is the one thing slowly killing you? Each silent second, told by the tick of the clock and the hum of the fan. He watches her devilishly, knowing what he does. She finds her strength to stand back up, he hits her again, but this time she doesn't fall, she becomes stronger. With one swift movement she nocks him down, she does not belong to anyone anymore. She walks out of that house, one last time, and finally, she smiles.
