A written version of Stanley Kubrick's 1980 movie, based on Stephen King's 1977 novel. Please note that this is written in my words and that the story is originally written by Stephen King and Stanley Kubrick, along with the team who helped to write The Shining and it's film adaptation. While this is written in my words, I don't own the story, characters and locations. Also note this is my first story on Wattpad, so I might not be that good. I'm giving it a go though. :)

Have I ever decided that I'd publish this? Yes, and if I do. Change this and put warnings on this that no one should be offended. I was already in a relationship, happy as can be, but there must of been something missing in it. Join the tale of high emotions good and bad. Great explorations of people and lands, not to mention how much the knowledges of both worlds, have been smartened to much.

A movie about the absurdity of the cold war? Sounds like a good prompt for gay fanfic.

In the forty-forth entry of the 2022-2023 Film Journal, I finally take a look at one of the seminal classics of cinema, "2001: A Space Odyssey". Raven Kubrick is a poem I thought of when watching a movie that was inspired by 2001 A Space Odyssey. In essence this story is inspired by Arthur C Clark, Isaac Asimov, and Edgar Allen Poe. The poem is based around nature and abstraction. None of this is meant to really make any sense or follow any story, except for the character Raven Kubrick represented as the writer of these poems.

I ship Dim & Georgie as mostly best friends but with a bit of romantic tension in there and mixed up feelings & I could definitely see something like this happening in canon but it never being brought up and the both of them swearing never to talk about it and it was more of a heat of the moment deal.
