Short poems to help people/ raise awareness on mental health. Know your not alone and know you don't have to do things on your own. If you think no one cares just know there will always be someone who thinks your life is worth saving wether that's family, friends or the paramedic that is not going to let you give up and will try to keep you here. Possible trigger warning. Talks about eating disorders, depression to try and make people less alone and know someone else is going through it to and to raise awareness and understanding but most of poems are to try and make people happy and smile.

"I know what it feels like to be so close...but so far away from freedom. You're so close to pulling that trigger. You're so ready to just..go." The man looked down at the gun. He smiled slightly at the thought. "But you can't do it." The smile turned to a frown quickly and the man looked up at Tyler. "I'm not saying that you aren't capable of doing. I know you are. I know all of you are. I know Josh is. I know I am. But you can't do it. I don't care if you are going through some of the hardest things you have ever encountered. You can't do it. You have to stay alive. Stay alive for me. For Josh. For yourself. How do you see the end if you can't make it through the beginning? Why do we need at least one of them? Precaution: this story will not answer those questions. This story tells a girl's way about how to live out those doubts. P.
