Fourteen year-old Wetherby Shoals is a mostly ordinary teenager, save his imaginary friend, Sam, who goes to school, plays soccer and appears to be a regular guy. The sleepy town of Camelot, Ohio is known for peculiarities, and Sam is by no means the strangest. They are recruited into a special program as Guardians to learn to thwart cults and creatures; in this world, even the imaginary can kill you. And while the program sounds glamorous, the boys quickly realize that even their strong friendship might not be enough to stop the powers against them. "Do you take the dare?" A series of (short) interactions between personified genres. It's not as geeky as it sounds. "Yes." __________________________ Spinoff to "Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover!" Absolutely random, read at your own risk. Certain characters have bad habits of heavy cussing. Don't look at me-it's all them. Short chapters, random scenarios, all par for the course. #BreakStereotypes #DiverseLit #HelpFightCliches #JustBeYourself #lgbt #ProjectBeYOUtiful #SeizeTheLove #stoplabeling #StopDefiningMe #StopGenderRoles #talkthepoc #weareteenqueens ©2016, NevermoreNeverHere (Cover made by me.
