When she walks in the School's welcome committee representative, Stacey, greets her, and she's...nice? she shows the reader to her classes, lets the reader sit at her table at lunch, and invites her to the cheer try outs! the only issue...she seems mostly interested in the readers hair, and outfit... which was supposed to be for a good first day impression only! before the shiny new "transfer" logo wore off and the reader could blend back into the crowd... oh! and the cheer try outs are on the same day as the cool dungeons and dragons club recruitment! :( but... she's already met the cheer team.. and she's not being bullied... maybe she should just stick with them? but what happens when things start to feel off in this little town? and your dad is suddenly at the lab all day?
