This is a DaveKat story. Dave is an enigma that gets more mysterious by the minute, and Karkat doesn't know the meaning of life. They will soon learn every creavice of each other's mind, ending in a blossoming relationship. Content warnings, trigger warnings: detailed descriptions of self harm, implied anxiety, existential crisis causing content, etc.

Your name is Dave Strider, you live in a house with 10 of the survivors of the game Sburb that you played. You have insomnia and you have a tendency to dream your memories. Let's not forget the re-occurring nightmare of your bro's dead body. (( here's the deal shits about to get sad, but also happy. I take no credit for the cover art, I got it from google.))

Believe it or not, Dave was once a kid that didn't know how cool he was. I sound like I'm lying right? Well sit back and let me tell you the story of how Dave Strider grew to be a bad ass. WARNING: Short story, references some drugs, alcohol, and sexual content (though not going in detail)

Karkat was strolling along the meteor, looking something to actually do on this god forsaken rock. he stumbles along Rose's secret alcohol stash and decides to try some.
