Two members of 20 Squad have been trying to keep a secret, but it's only a matter of time before everyone finds out. Chris comes back from working abroad in Paris for the TLI program and has finally realized and accepted that she's in love with Street. Willing to fully risk losing her spot on the team, she's ready to come clean about her feelings and give them the shot he's been fighting for years. The question is; are her and Jim on the same page? ____ "Maybe we should both just stop running," she tried. Jim shook his head. "I stopped running three months ago. You made it explicitly clear that you wanted nothing to do with me, so that's what I got accustomed to. You can't come back, after four months of absolutely nothing, and just decide that we can finally give us a shot just because you decided that you're ready. That's not how that works."

After every excellent, action-packed episode of SWAT, Street goes home to Chris. I was challenged to write a small scene that takes place at the end of each new episode where we get a glimpse into stris, so these are one shots of how the episode really ends for me. I'm still seeing where this goes but so far it is continuations of episodes, things I wished had happened on screen and filling in plot holes that annoyed me, all from season 5. These are all in chronological order up to 5.05 and pick up from existing scenes, made clear in the text. All characters are from the CBS show SWAT.

this story takes place in season 4 when Street was still with Molly and before Erika died. I just thought it would be fun to see how Erika would react if she met Molly and being a a good friend to Chris whilst being a little unwarm to Molly. ps : I don't hate Molly I just like Chris better.

Chris and Street have known each other since high school, and when Street's mom went to jail, she offered him a place to stay. They become boyfriend and girlfriend during their senior year. They get married after high school and enlist in the Navy. They rise through the ranks with their team including Victor Tan, Luca, Deacon, and Hondo. However, after an incident that left them scarred, they enroll in the police academy. They become SWAT officers immediately after graduation. They eventually meet an old enemy from their Navy days, and they finally get justice for all of the friends they lost on the day that they never talk about.
