Hello SWAT fans <3 This is my first time writing a fan fiction... I've decided to do it as an escape from real life, for fun. I love SWAT, it's what makes me feel good at this time of life, and in particular I'm a Stris fan, as you can guess. I'm not a native English speaker, but I do have a degree in languages, so I hope I haven't made too many mistakes.... Chris comes back from working abroad in Paris for the TLI program and has finally realized and accepted that she's in love with Street. Willing to fully risk losing her spot on the team, she's ready to come clean about her feelings and give them the shot he's been fighting for years. The question is; are her and Jim on the same page? ____ "Maybe we should both just stop running," she tried. Jim shook his head. "I stopped running three months ago. You made it explicitly clear that you wanted nothing to do with me, so that's what I got accustomed to. You can't come back, after four months of absolutely nothing, and just decide that we can finally give us a shot just because you decided that you're ready. That's not how that works."

Spoiler alert in case you haven't watched all of season 6 yet don't read! Just a little one shot of Chris and Street. When I watched the episode where Street tells Luca that he's moving in with Chris I was screaming. I just thought I'd write a short one of how Chris asked him to move in with her. I'm not the best writer and this may be very cheesy, don't judge too much. thanks for reading and fingers crossed Lina comes back for season 7 .

Street was taken hostage on a plane (5x19) and once saved by 20 Squad, he left the tarmac with a flight attendant before he and Chris had a chance to talk...really talk, so that's exactly what happened after shift. This story is set after Jim's liver transplant but before Chris and Luca get back from TLI so Chris and Luca are in for a big surprise when they meet ,a 20 David squad members little sister the new girl at S.W.A.T she's quick witted and funny, she becomes the person everyone counts on when things get tough. She also isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She brings out the best in all of them. In different ways. All the original characters belong to CBS.
