Stu Macher's has a secret that started in freshmen year of high school when Stu got pregnant by Billy when after they got drunk at a party. Stu gets pregnant by Billy again, sophomore year when after Billy left his house because his parents were arguing again and in the heat of the moment. Stu gets pregnant by Billy again, junior year, when Billy came crying to Stu because his mom left and Billy somehow doesn't know. What happens when Stu's kids accidentally come to the school.....
