It's easy to depict things we see to suit what we want it to be, this book is about what people don't see, and what they need to see to understand this growing epidemic, to help save lives. Mental Health is so widespread, and it seems everyone wants to help but don't understand how to, and instead of helping us heal you only push us further away. I hope this book sheds some light into the lives we lead.

Life can suffocate you, and some of us die without giving a fight. Not literal death but you get what I'm saying. The dying goes for most of us , but few and very few people do fight. But there is also another group that decides to run away. But does running away solves your problem or does it only delay your death. Find out ... There's a saying: hate breeds hate. Maybe that's me all over. Born and bred in a world full of fake love and pure, solid hate.' For years and years Nina believes she is incapable of feeling love. As she grows into her early adulthood she is determined she will not show any sign of emotion. She refuses to let her guard down and keeps everyone at arms length. Then she meets Kyle. Can Kyle show Nina that life isn't all cruel and love isn't all bad? Will he be able to break down the walls she had built to protect her heart? Or will he fall victim to Nina's beauty and end up like Zac - broken and lost in the midst of a cruel and evil love, a love that leaves a mark in the invisible form of an unseen scar.
