Detroit VS Everybody that's how it seems out here in The D. When you down on the East side so easy for a bullet to run pass you without a name. The News says that's the 80th person this year and the year has just begun, everybody living trying to not to be the next homicide. But, down here for me I see beauty I feel the spirit of Motown still dancing around in the streets. I see family down at the Lafayette Coney Island and I see so much hope and love being restored at the Keep Mack Alive Parade every year. Deloris Stephanie Scruggs the popular student body president of her high school. She went from the girl everyone loves to weeks before graduating getting the same title they try to paint on almost every girl from the East side of Detroit. She lived her whole life being this good Christian girl just for her representation to ruined from a misunderstanding and a lie her boyfriend let everyone believe. The man she thought she would marry let her down and just like that made her just the same as every girl on Mack Avenue. Will she clear her name by the time she hit college or will it follow her there? And will her reputation be forever put to shame? Here in Seen Her On Mack.
