As I'm about to walk down the asile I felt a tear slip down my face. As time goes by I realize that he will never show up. He actually stayed committed to the threat.
I should've known, why would I think he would come. Because you thought he loved you and would fight for you, well you're wrong. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I started crying. I fell down to my knees, dropping the flowers in my hand.
My mom hugged me tight, while my dad cursed a variety of words. Never, will I ever, fall in love in again. Never. I swear.

I, Vanessa Santiago, swear to never fall in love. As I'm standing here in the church, remembering the events that happened before coming here. I stare at the cross with Jesus' head hanging there. I felt a tear slip down my cheek. As I see blood dripping from his. This all happened a month ago, pain seeps through me still.
I take a step back and start walking the aisle. Head up, no tears.
The reason why I'm at the church is because I feel my walls falling. Why? Because of Elijah Xavier Salvator. His stare sending shivers down my spine, just by his touch sends electric bolts through my body. I had to come to church to remember my vow.
But it's hard when his touch is so addicting. It feels good, but I feel myself taming love, his love.
