Carlos and his partner Lindsey respond to a domestic violence call turned homicide and find more than they expected. A three year old boy with bright blue eyes and curly blonde hair to be exact. The kid quickly becomes family and is well loved, but what happens when his shady maternal grandparents come to ruin everything. "You still up?" TK smiles as he hears the voice over the phone. He switches the phone to the other ear as he checks the time on his watch. It's just after midnight. "Yes I am still up. I just got off my shift." "You want to come over?" Carlos asks. TK bites his lip in order to hold back a smile. "I can be there in 10 minutes." Follows the canon tarlos and 911 Lone Star story line, except for the gaps I filled in. I do not own any of these characters or story lines. I will try to post at least once a week. Nothing seems to be going for him ever sense a great tragedy for him but yet somehow he's hanging on in the palms of Carlos. Hanging on by one last tread but he seems hopeful later realizing that life is getting better and that he has something to hold on to now. Something that he's had fought ever sense the lost he now know important of these people.

After four years dormant, a serial killer known as The Austin Arsonist, famous for trapping his victims in abandoned buildings to be burned alive, resurfaces in Austin, taunting both the 126 and the Austin PD to play his game. However, when things get personal, and he targets TK Strand as his next victim, it becomes a race against time for Carlos and the 126. Find out who the killer is and rescue TK, or lose him forever.
