Don't go out into the woods, they say. A young girl went to collect firewood in the grove nearby her village. What happened to her was something she had never expected. A vilkacis (wolf-like creature) changed her life forever. Three parts story, originally written in Spanish for a collection of stories organized by @LynnS13, @JCKudell and myself.
