Even before the rebellion he saw his life going in a different path. He struggles to come to terms with his past, until he gets a surprising letter.

The 5th Quarter Quel and the 125th Hunger Games came. This year only adults can get picked, from age 19 to 65. When 24 adults, 12 woman and 12 men are on one arena there is no mercy. Who will be this year's victor? !I don't own Hunger Games the rights goes to Suzanne Collins!

After the rebellion, the brave and strong 'Girl on Fire's flames begin to slowly die down. After her dear sister's death, ️Katniss goes into deep depression. After all, "Prim was the only thing I was certain I loved". And after Gale is long gone in District 2, her mother in District 4, and her sister dead, Katniss isn't sure there is anything left to live for. But that all changes when she sees her Boy with the Bread on her porch planting the primroses.. ------------------------------------------- You won't really understand what's going on unless you've read The Hunger Games. This is a hunger games fan-fiction. Before I get into the blurb I would like to say that I do not own this image. Peeta is a massive part of Katniss's life, but nobody knows much about the boy with the bread. Nobody needs him or so he says. What happened in the background? How did he see every moment every turn in the story? And of course how did he keep it together? Well that's what I will delve into with this story! It will probably take me forever to write it so.... don't hold your breath

Katniss Everdeen, now Katniss Mellark has been living a happy life with her husband Peeta and her two kids ever since the rebels won the rebellion. But when the 25th anniversary of the rebels winning comes up and she has to return to the capital, memories return with her.

This short story is from the perspective of Peeta and his life with Katniss after the rebellion against the Capital. I wrote about how Katniss and Peeta struggle together, dreading the traumatic years they faced, and how they overcome their struggles. I wanted to create a message to inspire people to forget about their past, focus on the road ahead of them, that their mistakes don't define them for who they are, and that there is always a rainbow at the end of every storm. I hope anyone who encounters this story will learn that no matter how bad life gets at times, it's important to stay strong and fight the battles life throws at us. Especially in these uncertain times.

What if the rule change they announced during the 74th Hunger Games was a legitimate rule change? Two tributes can be crowned victors if they are the last ones standing and are from the same district. Katniss and Peeta won. No problem. The next year, the 75th Hunger Games and third Quarter Quell is announced. No rebellious berry incident means the tributes will not be reaped from the remaining pool of victors. Instead, it will be the brightest and dullest children from each district. This is a 'song' from Gale's perespective to Katniss. I am re-reading the trilogy and I think I may be turning into team Gale. I can't help but feel sorry for him. I believe Gale and Katniss are made for eachother, and Peeta . . . if only he were easier to hate :) Please read and give me feedback!
