This is my story for the fanfiction contest - @ShadougeTeam (Shadouge Official). For those who have never read Sonic (Archie) comics I suggest reading issues 193-195, will help to understand some points of this story. Due to the deadline to submit the fanfic, I had to make changes to the original ideas I had for the story. Flashbacks were shortened and were counted by the characters themselves. Whatever causes the repeated destructions of Silvers future, it will never cease his hope for a better one. At least, that's what he hopes. . . . . (the title describes it all... but I'll put a description anyway XD) You have a secret you feel like you have to keep from all you're friends. No one knows what it is. Not even you're brother and sister paige and sonic! (yes me and sonic are your brother and sister in this story... deal with it.) You are secretly a merhog, and when a certain black and red hegehog figure out's you secret he decides to keep it for you. When you guys spend more time together in your merhog form, shadow starts to feel a little attracted to you and starts to like you. Will you love him back? Will the secret actually stay a secret? Eggman hasn't attacked for awhile and the Resistance becomes suspicious and ends up finding out that Eggman is coming up with a formula to control Sonic and friends' minds but turns up turning them and accidentally himself into little cute puppies. Will they be able to turn back to normal or will be cute, small, fluffy, and adorible forever. Worse of all, Eggman had a back up plan that he can't no longer prevent with his conditions that would go now against him along with the resistence. This is dedicated to Sonic's Birthday on 6/23. Dr. Eggman disguises himself as King Doc of the Kingdom of Torggmania in order to incorporate the bio-data of Sonic and other racers into Metal Sonic. He holds the "World Grand Prix", an Extreme Gear world championship in which the winner will be awarded an enormous monetary award and treasure. A race has begun in which the hopes of each participating team intersect. (Sonic Free Riders belongs to SEGA. Pokémon belongs to Game Freak.)
