This a series of some of my favorite one shots I've written on my Tumblr. I mainly write Aegon and Aemond one shots but there's a sprinkle of other characters. (Ongoing as I write more one shots)

Lady Johanna Lannister was born to Lord Tywin Lannister and Princess Daella Targaryen his first wife. Lady Johanna held no Lannister looks thus, Aerys II the Mad King demanded she marry his second born son the Prince Daemon Targaryen. 10 moons after her marriage she birthed twins, Aegon and Rhaenyra and 15 moons after that she birthed her second son Maegor. Four moons later the realm was torn apart by Robert Baratheon who went to war against the Targaryen family after Rhaegar kidnapped Lyanna Stark. When Rhaegar fell, Daemon raced back to Kingslanding where he took his pregnant mother and younger brother to Dragonstone. He had begged Johanna to come with him but she refused saying she would not "Cower in fear" which are the words she became known for. So now she is alone with her three Targaryen children with a stag on the throne. Will they survive?

Following Daemons children with Rhea. Daemon did not like his wife. He married and bedded her out of duty and respect for his Grandmother. When his wife fell pregnant, he ceded all responsibility to her When twins were born and Daemon saw their features he turned his back on them completely. With the words, "Those are no dragons." However, if he had waited merely a moon he would have seen them in their true forms. For the babe's who were born almost bald and who's eyes had yet to open, turned out to have the ethereal appearance that their Valyrian blood passed to all who carried it. Viserra Targaryen, the firstborn and future Lady of Runestone. Set to take the name Royce on the day of her ascension and her brother born 14 minutes after her, Andar Targaryen. The children were fully grown the met their Father. However, that did not mean they didn't know of him. Their Mother refused to have her childrens Valyrian heritage denied to them. It was her love for her children that created the most fearsome warriors and leaders the realm had ever seen.
