However, the God of Hell appears to them and offers to give their child eyes that will grant him the power to see the truth of the world. As the boy grows up, his eyes become a source of fear and intimidation for those around him. his gaze seems to burn into their souls. The people of his village call him the Demon-Eyed Boy and fear him. Despite his eerie appearance, the boy possesses a calm and insightful nature. He learns to use his gift to help otherscrets of the world. But as he grows into a young man, he finds himself drawn into a conflict that threatens to destroy the balance between the gods. As he struggles to come to terms with his power and the challenging situation, the boy takes a journey of self-discovery.
