When i started writing this it was supposed to be just for me. But after reading it a few times, i decided it could be beneficial on a wider scale. It could be perceived as sad, but that's not at all what I was going for. There are many stories more heart-wrenching than mine. The point of the book was to dig into my personal experience, and honestly I was veering more towards it being even a tad motivational in a way. Recovery is possible, but it is by no means simple.

She smiled when people were around. So kind and funny, a side that I've never seen before. I admired this side of her and it gave me hope. But once everyone was gone she said words to me that always made me cry. She would find whatever was at her reach and would leave marks on my body. Every single time , I cried out sorry when I didn't even know what I did wrong...I just wanted her to stop. Every night I prayed to God and promised that tomorrow I will be a better girl.

Hello everyone! This is basically a confessional book. You can talk about your past selves and tell abiut it to the world. Reflect upon the long journey that you've had, and especially, give your message to the world!
