This is a simple Golf ball x Tennis ball Battle for Dream Island romance story. This is the serious version of the story, while the person I'm collaborating with is creating a lower-quality version. This story may be basic, but feel free to add feedback and criticism in the comments. Anything you criticize, I will take into consideration when/if I write future pieces. Just a reminder, there's always room for improvement, but you are good enough! When TB and GB have (finally) finished their research on yoylite, the duo venture further in search of something that catches their eye. did they find something? you best believe it. yet this thing causes more occupation than the two thought, as now they had found a new thing to research on - a new world.

Story description: 18 year old Theodore Baker reads in a news paper about a girl who found a yoylelite, the rarest mineral in all of Earth, in her backyard. Normally, TB would just skim through these except for when he read that the girl would be studying and researching the mineral rather than selling it. TB is curious towards this girls ambition. He is now interested in meeting this girl in the flesh to both study the yoylelite as it has been his dream ever since it was discovered 4 years ago. Will TB become partners with this yoylelite enthusiast and/or perhaps... Could they be more? Notes: This is a humanized AU! TB is the character that will get the most POV's but GB will get the most words bc of that. The MC's are GB and TB but side characters are important bc they r connect -mostly- to GB or TB. The characters were given human names (if ur confused on who is who, js comment smth down and I'll try my best to answer it!!) and I don't think there will be a lot of characters with physical disabilities just because I don't know how to write disabled characters and I really don't want to oversimplify it just because I didn't do research. It's standard to have phones by fourth grade in this school, leading to the gossip spreading faster. There is little hope for her to confront the popular kids, Match and Pencil, and the bully her. A LOT. Can she do it with only two allies? This story was meant for middle schoolers to relate while still going for a late elementary school vibe.
