At the end of my first book of this series it ended with Lily Snow taking a serum that killed Killer Frost. All of them were relieved she was gone especially for Lily, but there was a miss calculation in the serum formula that was supposed to kill Frost. Though that didn't happen even though it looked like she died she didn't. It might have not been the serum that didn't kill her she could of just been too strong and that's how she survived.
