"You know I'm going to ask again tomorrow, right?" She sighs, stuffing her script into her bag. "Joe, you've asked me for my number every night for almost two weeks." "Consistency is attractive." "Stalking isn't." He grins. "I prefer the term devoted." Joe Keery has sat in Seat G12 every night since he first heard Clara Bennett rehearse through the theatre doors. He says it's because of her voice. She's convinced it's because he's bored. Either way, he keeps showing up. And every night, he asks for her number. Every night, she says no. Until one night... she doesn't. (WARNINGS: Implied sexual content, miscommunication during intimacy, mentions of unprotected sex, discussion of emergency contraception.)

Onboard the luxurious cruise ship The Aurora Dream, every night is a spectacle but none shine brighter than Moonlight Masquerade, the ship's most enchanting and mysterious performance. Elara Quinn is the heart of the show: disciplined, captivating, and determined to keep her past buried beneath layers of elegance and control. For her, performing isn't just passion-it's protection. The stage is the only place she feels truly untouchable. Vincent Winslow, however, is impossible to ignore. Effortlessly magnetic and dangerously talented, Vincent thrives on spontaneity, pushing boundaries both onstage and off. When he's cast as Elara's leading partner in Moonlight Masquerade, their chemistry ignites instantly-equal parts tension and undeniable attraction. Behind velvet masks and shimmering lights, their performances blur the line between illusion and reality. But as stolen glances turn into late-night confessions under moonlit decks, Elara begins to realize that Vincent sees through every layer she's carefully built. And Vincent? He's falling for the one person who refuses to be fully known. In a world where every port brings change and every contract has an ending, Elara and Vincent must decide if what they have is just another act... or something real enough to risk everything for. Because when the masks come off, the truth might be the most dangerous part of all.

LANGIT, LUPA (Laro ng Tadhana: Book 3) "He demands perfection. She is fighting just to survive." To the world, Andrea Joy "AJ" De Leon has it all: a stable life and a diamond ring on her finger. But inside the theater, under the judgmental gaze of the man who once knew her soul, she is hollow. Her fiancé, Kevin, offers a "domestic leash" disguised as love, but it's the stage-and the director she once called Pau-that threatens to pull her back into a reality she's spent years trying to forget. Paulo Alonzo is no longer the quiet, serious boy from the tech booth. He is a "Terror Director" who weaponizes silence and demands raw truth from actors who have forgotten how to feel. He claims to hate AJ's lack of discipline, but behind his wire-rimmed glasses is a memory of a girl in a yellow hoodie who once made him break every rule he ever wrote. As rehearsals turn into a battlefield of past hurts and unspoken longings, AJ and Paulo must decide: Is the "Laro" they are playing a rehearsal for a new beginning, or the final act of a tragedy eight years in the making? In the game of Langit at Lupa, someone always has to fall.

Almost a Love Scene is a high-school theater romance about rivalry, timing, and what happens when the stage refuses to stay confined to rehearsals. Yuna Morimoto is driven, focused, and determined to earn her place onstage-no shortcuts, no favors, no distractions. But when casting brings her face-to-face with a sharp-tongued rival who never seems to be where he's supposed to be, her carefully controlled world starts to blur at the edges. For Yuna, the stage isn't just ambition-it's inheritance, expectation, and a name she intends to make her own. Between rehearsals, school hallways, and moments that feel far too intentional to be accidental, Yuna finds herself navigating attention she didn't ask for, chemistry she refuses to acknowledge, and a spotlight that's getting harder to escape. Small Disclaimer: I am a Super-American and completely forgot that Japanese high schools have students in one class for the year with rotating teachers. Not a class-to-class system where the students rotate. Unfortunately, I am not changing all of that! Please enjoy my weird Japanese-American hybrid school!
