The Girl in the Mirror Sixteen-year-old Amara never believed in ghosts, curses, or stories about haunted houses. That changes when she moves with her mother into an old family house on a lonely hill in a forgotten Nigerian town. From the moment they arrive, something feels wrong. A mysterious portrait seems to follow Amara with its eyes. Doors open by themselves. Footsteps echo through empty rooms. And every night, someone whispers her name from upstairs. Then Amara discovers an ancient mirror hidden inside a locked room. At first, it shows her normal reflection. Until one night, her reflection moves when she doesn't. The strange girl inside the mirror knows things Amara has never told anyone. She knows her fears. She knows her dreams. And most terrifying of all, she knows a secret about Amara's birth. As Amara searches for answers, she discovers that the mirror has a dark history. Years ago, people entered the house and disappeared without a trace. Their names were erased from photographs, their belongings vanished, and their families slowly forgot them. Now the mirror has chosen Amara. To uncover the truth, she must discover what is trapped behind the glass-and why it has been waiting for her. Because some reflections don't simply show you who you are. Some reflections are waiting to become you.

When Lily moves into a suspiciously cheap apartment in the heart of the city, she thinks she's found a great deal. But the old, ornate mirror in the bathroom feels... wrong. Its surface is always fogged, its silver frame carved with anguished faces frozen in silent screams. At first, she dismisses the strange flickers in her reflection as exhaustion. But soon, shadows dart behind her, whispers echo from the glass, and a pale, hollow-eyed girl stares at her from the mirror's depths-begging for help. As Lily uncovers the terrifying truth, she realizes the girl isn't just trapped-she's waiting. And if Lily doesn't find a way to escape, she may become just another tortured soul in the silver frame. A chilling supernatural horror about reflections, possession, and the inescapable grip of the past.
