Klaus and Ben have always been close since they were born while growing up together with a sibling group of 5 other children who all have powers. They all took own their responsibility to make the day better and stop bad things from happening. Lately they stopped their first apocalypse so they were slowly bonding as a group and Klaus started to act different. Only issue is that the child he adopts ends up being a whole different species and he is ready for a fun challenge ahead.
