Every story out there will probably make you look forward to one thing. A happy ending. But my story is something that'll promise you many things but one. Laughter? Check. Silly moments? Check. Tears? Check. Love? Well obviously. But one thing that I'm not going to promise is a happy ending. No, it's not a story about how some girl who was bullied all her life left and then a year later she's back looking like Megan Fox to make her bullies pay. Then miraculously falls in love with the guy she hated with all her soul aka me. It's not about how I foolishly cheated on my girlfriend and she left only for me to realize that how stupid I was and then get her back. It's not a story about some girl who left. It's about a girl who's going to leave. And how, I, Evan Sawyer, the school's loner slash supposed bad boy still fell in love with her, though being fully aware about that. That was my guess. But what I didn't know that afterlife existed. Hell, Purgatory and Heaven all existed. Name - Gabriel Jerome Halls Date of birth - 22nd August 1997 Date of death - 22nd August 2017 7:18 pm The cause of death - Hyperventilation attack, blockage of lungs, lack of oxygen. This is what my death certificate probably read. And this is what everyone would read. I am dead. But this meant different. My life wasn't meant to be on Earth. This is what my grandad always said. I had a better life ahead somewhere so dark where no one thought happiness could be found. I was meant to be more. My binding arbour was affliction. The true purpose of my death you ask? My quest . . . A quest to save my trapped dad in the farthest dark path in Hell. But somehow I knew there was a more to this. I was chosen for this and a truth was to be revealed to me. A truth that would give me a purpose. I was part of something big. This quest would help me find certain things that would fill the holes in my heart.
