Some stories are meant to be read. Some are meant to be felt. And some quietly find their way into the little corners of your heart you thought you had forgotten. Petals Between Ink & Quill is a collection of standalone poetry - where ordinary moments carry extraordinary weight, silence speaks louder than words, and the smallest feelings bloom into something unforgettable. Here, a rainy afternoon can feel like a memory. A half-finished letter can hold an entire lifetime. A forgotten photograph can reopen a thousand doors. And a few lines of poetry can say everything that conversations never could. Between these pages lie fragments of love and longing, nostalgia and loneliness, hope and heartbreak, dreams and disappointments - the beautiful mess of being human, written in ink and scattered like petals between the pages. So, before you begin... Let the rain do its thing against the window. Dim the lights. Put on that soft playlist you've been pretending not to be obsessed with. And just sit there with a steaming cup of garam chai, a plate of crispy, hot pakoras, a few Parle-G biscuits, and some namkeen within reach because honestly, what is reading without a little munching on the side? Turn the page. Slowly. Because these aren't stories you simply read. They linger. They sit beside you long after the last sentence. They become the line you underline. The poem you reread. The verse you stare at for a little too long. The feeling you cannot quite explain, but somehow know. Somewhere between the ink and the quill, you may find a piece of yourself. So come in. The pages are waiting. And the chai is getting cold. ✎﹏﹏﹏﹏ ɴᴏᴛᴇ: If you are reading this book on any other platform other than Wattpad you are very likely to be at risk of a malware attack. He brought his penance to the Mother, and laid the rosary at Her feet; There are loves which prayer may bless, though men may call them sin. ●○●○●○●○●○●○●○●○ At the hour when the last bells have fallen silent, a penitent kneels before Our Lady and takes up the beads of his appointed penance. Yet prayer proves a poor refuge for a heart that has kept one name too faithfully, and before the gilded Virgin he must reckon with a devotion he cannot bring himself to call sinful.

Just a collection of random thoughts that somehow turned into poems. Some might be emotional, some fun, some weird, and some might not make much sense at all. There's no theme, no proper order, nothing connecting one poem to the next. Just whatever came to my mind and felt worth writing down. So yeah... etcetera.

A world of poems captured in a single book, written by a girl who played every role: the academic achiever, the loyal friend, the eldest daughter, and more. She was always the one chosen for the top rank, yet she was never the one chosen by love. This collection is a bridge across the years, composed of verses that trace a haunting evolution where the innocent wonders of childhood slowly sharpen into the cold realizations of the real world. Yours truly, RosePoet (Note: These entries are not arranged in chronological order; however, I have included dates to serve as a guide to navigate the journey through time.) Desperate to flee the wreckage of her life. Mara Voss accepts a mysterious, all-expenses-paid trip to the exclusive Elysian Fields resort, a prize she never won. The secluded California paradise is breathtaking, but its perfection is unsettling. Phones are dead, clocks are absent, and the staff possess an unnerving knowledge of her past. As the days blur into a timeless, beautiful loop, Mara encounters other guests who are chillingly reminiscent of people she has wronged, each interaction a test she doesn't know she's taking. Her razor-sharp perception, once a tool for navigating the world, now fractures her reality as she chases clues that only deepen the mystery. The hunger to know the truth wars with the terror of what that knowledge might mean, forcing her to confront the darkness she's spent a lifetime running from. The final, devastating revelation is not that she can't leave the resort, but that she never truly arrived; she died before check-in, and this opulent prison is her personal, inescapable judgment. As Mara finally accepts her role in her own damnation, the cycle begins anew with the arrival of another lost soul, clutching the same winning ticket.

Elok is a little caterpillar who begins her journey as an innocent, curious, and naΓ―ve creature. She meets Sulastri, Dimas, and Aditya-three friends from different worlds who teach her many things about life, nature, food, and what it truly means to be a good creature. But as time goes by, Elok's hunger slowly turns into gluttony. She eats without restraint, devouring the leaves around her without considering the other creatures who also depend on those trees for food, shelter, and survival. Without realizing it, her unhealthy habit gradually changes her-not only physically, but spiritually as well. When she finally faces the anger of her neighbors and witnesses the consequences of her actions, Elok begins to understand that she has allowed greed, envy, pride, resentment, vanity, and many other harmful traits to take control of her heart. She then retreats into a private chamber she names "THE COCOON." But Elok is not merely hiding from the world. Inside that dark chamber, she begins a far more difficult journey: a journey deep into her own heart. There, Elok must confront the dark traits that have been living within her. She battles Greed, Envy, and other destructive qualities one by one, while struggling to understand who she truly is and how she should live her life. And when the cocoon finally opens, every creature is left astonished. The greedy, selfish, and seemingly ugly green caterpillar they once knew is gone. In her place emerges a beautiful butterfly with radiant golden wings-not merely because her body has undergone a biological metamorphosis, but because her heart has transformed as well. Because sometimes, the greatest metamorphosis is not the transformation of the body. It is the transformation that takes place deep within the heart. πŸ¦‹πŸŒ•βœ¨

Zeenat is a young girl whose life was far from normal. Being an ex-convict had caused her to live life hard enough but adding in a husband, who she doesn't wish for, only to find out that her husband is also the son of the woman she was convicted for. This is not a fantasy. This book is dedicated to explaining the critical aspects of abuse and the ways of handling the situations. It will not follow the trend and will show what needed to be done. This is a part taken from the actual book "The tales of love" for a sole reason of highlighting a critical aspect.
