What if the dwarfs were actually evil, and they tricked Bilbo into joining him? What if Bilbo can't escape the castle after he finds out their dark secret, and is forced to submit to them and gives birth to their children?

Time Loop Fix-It Bagginshield Fanfic! Starts on Ravenhill, but due to a spell, Bilbo finds himself reliving the final day of the Battle of the Five Armies-over and over. With each loop, he uncovers more layers of the story, desperately searching for a way to save as many lives as possible-especially Thorin's. (THORIN WILL LIVE, I SWEAR! Midnight swimming

Bilbo is small, but he feels much more than he lets on. Hiding behind a respectful nod and a blinding smile he thinks he can manage. For as long as he needs to, he can hide behind his smile. He'll protect his friends from the venom brewing within his mind and his heart - why? Because he's Bilbo Baggins of course. And Bagginses are above all else, respectable.

Even after Bilbo returns to his hobbit-hole, things aren't the same. There is an empty space that he didn't even know was there to be filled. Now, however, he is acutely aware. There is a beautiful tragedy to healing from a loss, Bilbo copes with the help of an acorn. Bagginsheild. Lots of it. Fluff and tragedy after the hobbit.

Bilbo returns to bag end but part of him is missing, a part that can never be replaced.

He spent most days watching the sky, or curled up in his armchair by the fireplace. He never lit the wood though. The fire reminded him too much of Smaug, the way the vast dragon had scorched and burned, flames licking through Laketown and Erebor. So the branches turned dusty as the days drew on, night to day and day to night, a constant cycle of memories.

Summary: There are many trials for a hobbit attempting to make a life among dwarves. A hobbit wants a garden. A hobbit wants to eat regular meals. A hobbit wants friends, good books, and comfortable chairs. Bilbo does his best to carve out a little hobbit life for himself in the mountain. If only there were not one final obstacle. As Bilbo Baggins takes his first steps out on the road to adventure, his world is shaken to the core. In the midst of all the action and excitement, he falls in love with someone who changes everything. Little did Bilbo know that this journey would not only change his world, but touch his heart as well. Bilbo Baggins cannot help but see signs in his nephew. Those watercolor eyes were diamonds amidst a sea of rubble; those dark, cascading curls like tangling vines up an oak of Mirkwood. He tried- he REALLY did- to forget Thorin Oakenshield. Forget his undying, utterly death-defying love for the dwarf; forget his silver clasps, his furred cloak, that stupid, burly laugh. But thanks to poor, sweet Frodo and a whole treasure trove of bad luck, the one thing that most resembled his long lost love was now living with him. In a hole in the ground.

This is the second movie of the trilogy and Book 2. As the company of Thorin Oakenshield and the girls continue you on their journey, they will experience new challenges. They will have to learn how to trust one another and others as they continue travelling to the Lonely Mountain. Will they be able to handle the pressure of getting to the Lonely Mountain before Durin's Day or will it all be in vain? As always, I don't own the hobbit. Thorin, son of Thrain, is a Dwarven prince in the kingdom of Erebor. He lives in the Lonely Mountain with his siblings Frerin and Dis, his father Thrain and his grandfather, Thror. Thorin's life feels empty, he doesn't have luck with women and forging is the only thing to get him away from his dark thoughts. Until one day, a hobbit appears. He seems like he has been wandering alone in the wild for a long time. He doesn't tell much about himself or his past. His past seem to haunt him. Still, Thorin deems the hobbit trustworthdy and decides to give him shelter. The company of this dwarf makes the hobbit, Bilbo, feel safe and at ease. Bilbo, for his part, makes Thorin feel loved and happier than ever. They realize that they have feelings for each other. But what happens when Thorin's family finds out about the affair? And what about Bilbo's dark past...?
