"The Ongoing Journey" is the touching story of a Laotian girl who travelled to America with her family for a better life. It symbolises that no ones stories are the same, and that differences are what makes us. Us! There are ups and there are downs but read on to find out how it ends..

Why is love intensified by absence?

Happy Hour is when everyone's spirits are lifted at 6pm when drinks are cheaper and sorrows are drowned quicker. These poems are intended to examine the struggles in society, from the past and the future, taken from all walks of life and put into a few carefully selected words. Maybe in this way the reason people love happy hour so much will become clear. my thoughts

The world is a big place and being the social animals, we humans tend to shorten the distance through conversations. Yet, loads of things remain unsaid, millions of voices remain unheard, and sometimes the world becomes unbearable and unfair. Some cope by escaping into fantasy, some by pouring out the words into papers. This writer, because claiming to be a poetess would be high handed, brings to you some of her unheard words, pleas and fantasies, in simplest of words. And the world may be a big place but humans all over are same, so some things may strike a chord, some may force you to evaluate and think. And if neither then hey, the words rhyme, so nobody's loss.
