This story takes place fifteen years after Code Lyoko Evolution, although watching Code Lyoko Evolution is not mandatory for understanding the story, there is barely any mention of events in Evolution. So the Lyoko Warriors have graduated high school and are living their lives when they get "returned to the past." So the group comes back to the factory to meet a new group of Lyoko Warriors who are trying to keep XANA under control without losing a friend.

"It never used to be this way. I fell for the sleepy pale eyes of a boy, but long after he was gone, I really began to pay attention to the man who paid attention to me." This is a very incomplete collection of nonfictional musings, memoirs, prose, and letters that will (hopefully) never reach certain eyes. Some of these, although not rants in the conventional sense, are rants in the sense that they are very emotion charged. These are representative of a moment in time that no longer exists, an ephemeral reflection of the soul that quickly evolves into something new, but not entirely unrecognizable. As a result, nothing written herein is a reflection of who I am, or the feelings and opinions I may currently hold, but rather a record of things that once were... A chronicle, of sorts. Most everything in this collection is very lazily edited and in desperate need of revision, read at your own risk. Feel free to point out grammatical errors or other areas in which I may need improvement, it would be greatly appreciated.

What follows here is an anthology of poetry spanning a major transitional period of my life, beginning with the first one I wrote. A story that I started in 2015, April most likely. It took me so long because I wanted it to be perfect, it was meant for a writing contest due on the tenth but of course it didn't have enough words to enter and any ideas I had had to add to it were pure rubbish so instead please enjoy it as I meant it to be and as I have always envisioned it to be. Maybe it turned out well, maybe not but I still love it no matter what because if it isn't good enough I could eventually fix it and if it is good enough maybe someday I'll make it excellent enough.
