They say eyes don't lie. But is that true? Sometimes those eyes are windows to a burdened, tortured soul and could you blame them for that? The soul is a complex matter. Everyone says they understand a lot, but they don't understand a thing. They all see souls in their own way, but nobody really knows the matter of the soul or nobody could touch it. But some people touch souls, their finger tips gently caress the membrane. What do they feel?

The Girl is a short story about basically living a life where no-one knows you, being closed in and the power of friendship. It is a sad but also motivating story. I hope you enjoy.

What is sanity? How can one tell if they're crazy? I don't think it's all in my head but the mind is a powerful thing. Sometimes I think it even keeps me from myself. I try. I really do try, but sometimes I just get tired of fighting all these things that no one can see but I feel. Do you know what I mean?

This book is filled with tiny little pieces that I have written and don't have anywhere to put. These pieces are probably some of the best things I have written but they have never made it into a short story or a novel. One guy needs to learn to piece himself back together after having a key part of his reality shattered. When she broke it off, he knew he had to let go. How would he find the strength to do that after a variable that has been a constant in his life for 4 years vanishes in moments?

After the passing of Emmie's grandmother, she begins to wonder about the true nature of the soul moving on through eternity. After all, in her nation and clan, they believe that spirits return to Skyworld once their time in this life is done. Through her endearing, inquisitive young personality she begins to ask these questions of the adults around her hoping to come to some understanding about it all. Some are helpful, some are not, but all excite her to think and come to a conclusion of what life, and death, really mean.

A short Final Fantasy VII fanfic about a Lifestream interaction between Cloud and Aerith. It takes place during a random night where Cloud was deep in sleep. This is my first attempt at a fanfic, and I was using it as way to try test my ability to write the characters from Final Fantasy VII.
