Typical story of a girl (maybe me) of transferring into a new school and finds her life going on a bumpy ride. This was the start of the test of her intelligence, her faith and her outlook towards life. Leaving her comfort zone costs her many things she never thought she had. ~non-friction~

Wishing you a more prosperous HAPPY NEW YEAR! The Pandemic continues into 2021! If the beginning date is March 10, 2020, then today is Day 297 of week 43! Wow! So much has happened! We are living in a wave of time that ebbs and flows with history being made all around. We are experiencing it first hand, for better or for worse. Nevertheless, as writers, we must continue to tell our stories of life as we see and experience them. I am on a quest to refine my skills in the fine art of finding simple abundance in life, a moment to be thankful, or just a moment to connect. I want to share these moments no matter what size, shape, or form they take. In doing so, perhaps I may help others to do the same. I encourage you to tell your story, for no one else will ever be able to tell it the way you can. I hope you join me on this journey on the edge of the Pandemic of 2020 as we move into 2021. Julie Weathers was born and raised in Haverdston, Texas. So of course she knows almost all the people, and almost everyone knows her. They say the only good thing about small towns like Haverdston is the simplicity of it all. Oh how wrong they truly are. This barley on the map town has a secret, something the adults refuse to talk about but everyone seems to understand. And thats every August 1st, people go missing. And this year, Julie just happened to be at the wrong place, at the wrong time. ~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~ This is not going to be like every story I have written. Plots are not being thought of ahead of time, and chances are there is going to be crappy story development. But I had this sudden brain blast idea so im going with it. Every chapter will not only be a new adventure for you, but me as well as I will write what just comes to me.

She has a family to take care of, a name and a reputation to uphold, a complicated life to keep up with. Disappearing is out of the question. But sometimes she wonders if she can leave it all behind. ... Eliot Ward wants to be found, but not by someone else. He needs to discover his own mind, and staple down all the loose edges. He wants peace and quiet in his head, to drown out every other sound but the pounding of his drums. He needs a break from his hectic world, to find himself in a mess of jumbled thoughts. But being lost might just be the solution. ... Two teens, at odds with the world. They must learn, not only how to live, but how to thrive. But first, they have to figure out how to build a fire.

Ever feel like you're going one step forward and two back? This is an early one I wrote about doing things just for the sake of it, because you enjoy it, you're passionate about it. With so many exams, job appraisals and other people's judgments it's easy to feel like you have to be good at everything you do- we measure and compare ourselves. But sometimes in the effort to be so good at something- and failing a lot!- you can actually end up having a lot of fun and a laugh along the way- if you're open to it :)

Escape. Survive. Thrive. An escape from the governments human GM project and escape is what they did. But now more problems are brewing, secrets are spilling, people are dying. The government wants there subject back yet how far are they willing to go? Can and will they survive threw anything thay hits them. Every turn, step back, fights, and terrors can they survive? Will everyone survive? They will learn to use what the government has done to them to their advantage. They all go threw the journey to end the government testing for good and on the way figure out who they truly are. Thrive. Escape. Survive. Fighting to be free. Full description inside!

Freedom calls

Blurb: "How long, just tell me how long please" my voice was chocked from the lump in my throat, a voice that barley carried over the sobs echoing from my mother next to me. Dr. Truman coughed as if he too was holding back tears. "A year Lily, a year" the lines in his face deepened and he turned away. I was frozen, inside I broke. ---- I was 14 when I was diagnosed with cancer for the first time. I was 18 when I was told I had a year to live. Lily Evans was told she had a year to live after dealing with a rare heart cancer for the past couple of years. She took life by the throat and decides that she would make a bucket list of 365 things to do before she dies.

Abigail was a normal 15 year old, who had a secret just like anybody else. Abigail move from Albany New York 2 months before school started. Abigail's mother encouraged her to get out and explore the world, meet friends, and go shopping. But that's no what Abigail wanted... Abigail wanted to be with her real dad and step mother. Although she loved her real mother and step dad, there was something about her step mother that she loved, her step mother kind of was her real mother. She was in her life more then her real mother. Anyways, Abigail's mother sent her out of the house to go buy herself some school clothes. While Abigail set out she found this amazingly cute guy. Everyday Abigail went outside to the park and shared secrets with this guy she didn't even know. One night Abigail doesn't return home. Her parents are going crazy. Is it this guy she's talking too? Did she just run away?
