Mixtapes to Myself is a story about finding yourself, appreciating where you come from, and enjoying every step of the journey that gets you to who you will be. It's about finding and losing love, the friendships that come and go, and the ride-or-die friendships you're lucky enough to find. It's about the things you tuck away, the pieces of yourself you may forget, and the people you lose along the way. This is a short story I wrote when I was 11 and I just happened to come accross it so I thought someone would enjoy reading it.

When 28-year-old Mara Quinn returns to Halewick after ten years away, she comes to bury her estranged father. But in the process, she unearths disturbing truths about her family, the town, and the tragic event that drove her away as a teen.

The year 2030. World war 3 was announced throughout the world. Many were shocked yet some expected it.Countries all over the world prepared for the war. But many still question one thing:"who's the "bad guy"." "Are people fighting for power or is there another disharmony."The day 21 June 2019 was the day the historical moment:the peaceful war, happens.when the clock struck 1.00pm on the Big Ben in London, a miracle happened, all firearms,missile and nuclear bombs disappeared.Countries started to try making more but they instantly vanished into thin air. Countries were not prepared for this and they all decided to end the war instantly.Hence,making it the most historic war. This war being dubbed as,"the peaceful war". Yet in the year 2025, 6 years after the peaceful war,another war has started. But this time there are no wrong and no right with no sides......
