"And, I'm falling for you," Mimi whispered before her lips made contact with mine. ~~~ Mylla Mathews, later Waters, is a 14-year-old sophomore. Mathews identifies as masculine non-binary, (pronouns he/him they/them) hence the reason he goes by his last name. Mathews's family is completely transphobic, hates the idea beyond all reason. When Mathews life changes, he can't tell if it's for the better or worse. Mathews gets his name changed, he moves to a sub-city outside of the big city he grew up in and his guardian changes to someone he knows and trusts. But there is the question that keeps bugging him, Is it for the better? Oh, and the new girl has been driving him up a wall.
