I won the Hunger Games once. They called me a Victor, but I know better. The Capitol took everything from me, my family, the boy I loved, even the right to call myself alive. I tried to disappear into the quiet: the bottle, the piano, the years between Games. But you can't hide from the world when it's burning. Then came a girl on fire, a spark that refused to die. And somewhere between her defiance and the Quarter Quell, I remembered what it felt like to fight back. This is my story. From the day I was reaped to the day the war ended. From a blood-soaked arena to the long silence after the revolution. Because in the Hunger Games, there are no winners. Only survivors. (68th games-Epilogue in Mockingjay) *I don't own the Hunger Games all rights of the original work go to Suzanne Collins. I only own the original characters that I have included in TINW.*

" If one of us returns home alive, I'll be the one our district won't recognize." Before Mockingjay, before the Girl on Fire, another rebellion began quietly. Amara Reed of District 11 enters the 55th Hunger Games, admired for a gift the Capitol quickly twists into a weapon for their entertainment. When she refuses to play the role they design for her, she pays a price that only her district ever witnesses. To the rest of Panem, she becomes a curiosity and a spectacle. To District 11, she is something far more complicated: a survivor carrying a silent wound. As Amara steps into the uneasy world of mentoring, her life intersects with the only living Victor of his district. A man who knows better than anyone what the Capitol does to those who outthink them. Some rebellions burn. Others grow quietly like roots under stone.

Hello all. This is my fan story that I've written, as a tribute to all my wonderful fans and readers. I've decided to put it here to share it with more people, because I'm quite proud of this story and think more readers deserve to know about it, as well as all the wonderful girls in it. :D I've only wrote about some fans though. It's not like they're my favourites or anything, because I love ALL my fans equally (I swear), but I just had to cut it off somewhere. I thought Fan Fiction was an interesting and somehow appropriate category. It's fiction, and it's about my fans. :P Thank you all once again, and I hope you enjoy the story. :)

(Screenplay!) When Ella Coltser is reaped for the 150th Hunger Games, she doesn't know what to think of it. Being chosen for the Games? Everyone's used to them, but never actually believe they'll be chosen. Ella will have to survive antics from the Capitol, Careers, and a strange rumor involving Katniss Everdeen. But frankly, the only thing Ella is worried about is how to get a lightsaber into the arena... (Script: In the works) *I only own my original characters and story line. All other characters and plots go to Suzanne Collins and George Lucas.* #9 in tribute #6 in overthrow #18 in katnissandpeeta #14 in screenplay

Its that time of year again except this years a little different. Its time for the Quarter Quell, and twice the amount of tributes are going to be in the arena. Haymitch Abernathy from District 12 is one of the "Lucky" ones and has been chosen for the event. Up against 11 other districts and 3 tributes from his own. Who will come out on top? Disclaimair - this is all my own work, most of the characters are my own apart from Haymitch Abernathy and a few other that are mentioned in the brilliant Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins. Please do not reproduce this as I find it rather rude and disrespectful, and if I do find another copy of it somewhere I might stop and I don't want to disappoint my readers. So I would prefer if you either a) write your own or b) just read mine Thank you! :)

Suddenly he falls into a Capitol accent as he mimics Effie Trinket, the maniacally upbeat woman who arrives once a year to read out the names at the reaping. "I almost forgot! Happy Hunger Games!" He plucks a few blackberries from the bushes around us. "And may the odds -" He tosses a berry in a high arc toward me. I catch it in my mouth and break the delicate skin with my teeth. The sweet tartness explodes across my tongue. "- be ever in your favor!" I finish with equal verve. ---------------------------------------------------------- Primrose Everdeen. Katniss Everdeen volunteers. Gale Hawthorne. No one volunteers. ---------------------------------------------------------- "Listen," he says. "Getting a knife should be pretty easy, but you've got to get your hands on a bow. That's your best chance." ---------------------------------------------------------- He leans down and kisses me on the forehead. "Good luck, girl on fire." ---------------------------------------------------------- "Ladies and gentlemen, let the Seventy-fourth Hunger Games Begin!" ---------------------------------------------------------- Deep in the meadow, under the willow A bed of grass, a soft green pillow Lay down your head, and close your sleepy eyes And when again they open, the sun will rise. Here it's safe, here it's warm Here the daisies guard you from every harm Here your dreams are sweet and tomorrow brings them true Here is the place where I love you. Deep in the meadow, hidden far away A cloak of leaves, a moonbeam ray Forget your woes and let your troubles lay And when again it's morning, they'll wash away. Here it's safe, here it's warm Here the daisies guard you from every harm Here your dreams are sweet and tomorrow brings them true Here is the place where I love you. ---------------------------------------------------------- Gale's voice is in my head. His ravings against the Capitol no longer pointless, no longer to be ignored.
