She knows not everyone is evil, but she would rather keep her guard up to protect her feelings. However just as hard as it is for her to let people in, it's the same when it comes to letting go of someone. Torn between creating a new life while trying to save some of the past. Is that possible? If no, can we restart life?

This poem is about how society portrays "Beauty" and how the media media and even some celebrates have high standards when it comes to having a certain look or size how perfection is the way to live, how the only way you will be accepted in society is by achieving these standards . I personally think that is all bull that everyone is beautiful/handsome in their own way!
