The year started out weird, but things really took a turn for the bizarre when we discovered the Buzzfeed quizzes were coming true. ***** Leela Pendurthi is dog-paddling toward adulthood. Armed with a useless BS in astrophysics and a pretty decent data plan, the recent college graduate's life might be in shambles, but at least she has plenty of time to browse dank memes. Her half-assed attempts to slay the chaos dragon (and catch the attention of a local, possibly-autistic podiatrist) have been going relatively smoothly (relatively is a key word, here), until her best friend Abby points out that every Buzzfeed quiz they've taken seems to actually do what its claim to do. Guess their names? Check. Tell them their favorite 1D songs? Yup. When it becomes apparent that they have a chance to glimpse into their futures, one asinine quiz at a time, Leela and Abby embark on a quest to do the impossible: find date-able boys in their Appalachian hometown. While Leela has her cap set on 'emotional stability' and a '401k' and 'dental', Buzzfeed appears to have an entirely different type of guy lined up for her next boyfriend, AND a one-month deadline to meet her soulmate. But Buzzfeed won't be able to answer Leela's most pressing question: can she date and get dumped by a stoner in time to meet her soulmate in 3 weeks? There's no way her soulmate is going to be a pothead, right? Right? *kinda for grown-ups. there's curse words and weed*

Eleonor Smith is a young woman, recently graduated from a master's degree and with it, it seems to be an ocean full of opportunities now that she is what everyone would call a full grown professional woman. Truth is Eleanor couldn't be more far away from been that, she is in a country abroad, away from her family and friends, doesn't have a clue of what to do with her life and more importantly, at 25 she is still completely and utterly financially dependent from her parents. Eleonor is trying to find her place in this vast place we call world, even though she find herself been a little bit of a socially awkward person, she is trying to find a job that will give the representation she has prepared herself for, after all she is just a twentysomething trying to find herself while dealing with the quarter life crisis no one tells you about. Follow Eleonor in her journey of discovering life and more importantly herself, and hopefully we all would be able to learn something along the lines.

Whoever said being a twenty something is hard obviously remembered their own youth. Whether you're a college grad about to face the big bad world, or just getting ready to leave for your freshman year, here's to hoping these nuggets of hard earned wisdom help you out. Life isn't a straight road between points A and B- too often, it's not that straightforward. And it takes a lot of courage to realise that and take the turn. I hope you will.

no child wants to mourn their mother alone. but no child wants to share their mourning with perfect strangers either. for the siblings nine, their mother was no ordinary mother. each of them being sent with their father for raising, they knew nothing of the others or their mother. when siblings strange get summoned for the memorial of their late mother, things can go awry. but what can really be considered normal when no one knows what to expect? -hula
