The King of Stormwind and his friend turned undead villain have known each other since childhood. Varian has always been a proud but wise leader, but perhaps the crimes his old friend has committed are too much to be forgiven. Furthermore, with an unknown evil influence slowly eating away at the king's psyche, his actions when his friend returns could be entirely unpredictable.

Ulquiorra Cifer- one of Aizen's strongest, most trusted allies. He was an embodiment of darkness, cold, dispassionate, callous, but despite his power was not particularly violent and did not result to brutality unless provoked, or ordered by his master, Aizen. He was known as a cruel villain, but seemed to be aloof, and lukewarm. Why was this? Why, even if he was feared and strong, why did he exhibit odd bouts of nihilism, and seemed to have a habit of killing his victims by sticking his hands into their hearts, as if it had a purpose? Even being a villain, and one that only follows orders, he was perceptive, analytical; but he doesn't understand human feelings. And yet, when he found he was to be killed by Ichigo, the hero, unlike his fellow comrades, he didn't curse, nor was he bitter. He simply...accepted it. Why was a major villain so empty? Why didn't he delight in inflicting pain like his comrades? This was simply because of his past. His past, which he couldn't remember, even in his last moments of existence. It was his past that caused him to become empty. And so Death gave him a second chance.

My submission for the TwistFateChallenge. We all know how this tale by Hans Christian Anderson goes, but what if there was more to the story? What if the events that took place were all planned from the very beginning?

Voldemort faces the defenders of Hogwarts after his meeting with Harry in the forbidden forest. Twists fly through this short story as the out come of "what if" is explored openly. My entry for the "Twist Fate Challenge." Sherlock Holmes. The once great Consulting Detective made his return to London. With Moriarty gone, he could relax a bit and celebrate the marriage of his friend and partner, John Watson. But when one villain leaves, another comes. Sherlock not only had to worry about the safety of his friends, but also had to worry about Charles Magnussen. Of course, this mastermind was no match for Sherlock, but perhaps Sherlock will never be the same after the fall of Magnussen. Maybe he's changed for the better? Or perhaps, for the worst. When Princess Anna successfully kisses Prince Hans, what will happen to the fate of Arendelle?

The Beast had tried very hard to get Belle to say she loved him. He went through extreme measures just to impress her. And when the Beast had saved Belle from the savage wolves, she had finally said the three words he was waiting for. But did it end in a happily ever after?

A wizard, once peace-loving, is pushed to do things he never would have felt he would have to do, all in the name of saving the people and the lands he loves. A submission for the Twist Fate challenge. My intention is to change who the protagonist and antagonist are, as the prompt requires, but without notably changing the actual plot. The characters fulfill the same actions as they did in the original, but recast in a different light. Also, upon uploading this story, it refused to take any indentations, nor would pressing the tab key create one. Regardless, the double-spaced paragraphs should show when a paragraph ends without them. Apologies.

Was Ja'far really the bad guys? Ja'far has grown up along side the Princess, Jasmine, and has been the Sultan's vizier for years. He has seen the Princess grow and has admired her from afar. And now, it is time for her to marry. However, the Sultan insists she marry a prince. Many arrive to woo her, but they all fail until Prince Ali appears. But there isn't something right about him, and Ja'far intends to get to the bottom of it.

You must've heard how Aurora had awoken from her cursed sleep through the kiss of true love, how Jack had cut the beanstalk and owned the riches he'd always wished for, how Hansel and Gretel had pushed the witch into the blazing fires of her own oven and escaped her clutches. The stories and myths and legends were passed on from one's lips to another's, heard from the South and traveled North, carried on by hundreds of generations. Tongues had twisted the tales, however, and what would have been gruesome and atrocious were transformed into stories where love begets love and good conquers evil: stories fit for bedtime, for children. But now, I am going to tell you one of the many tales distorted by time. A story about the famed Cinderella-how she lost everything she had and was left in shattered pieces, how she rose up form her own wreckage, and how she had come to realize the bitter truths of the universe. All because of a glass slipper . . . . . . that didn't fit.
