@poems.i.guess i was bored, depressed and heartbroken (: first three parts are kind of a description of what happens to me when winter is over and i have to say goodbye to my seasonal depression. i always part with my depression with a story or a poem. these are all from the last three years, and i hope you enjoy reading them. i hope they inspire you or make you think, or maybe encourage you to create art? The 4th, the 5th and the 6th part talk about how I got to know this person, the first person that I ever let in completely and thought that I've finally found someone who'll understand me and I finally thought that I was doing fine, but in the end I got my heart broken like never before. i don't know, but i hope it helped you in some way. Tyler hates himself, his body, his life. He feels he has no way out, he's experienced 17 years of hell and there's only one way to escape the mental turmoil that plagues his every waking moment. He's covered in bruises, scrapes, and cuts. Josh is 18, with his own faded scars trailing around his body and when he sees Tyler walk into the bathrooms with the same 'far away' look he used to see in the mirror, he knows the younger boy is in danger, but can he save him? i hear scratching. not nail-on-skin scratching. it sounds like... i glance up. pencil-on-paper. he's writing, his hand going along the small lines, adding, adding, scratching. was he even listening to me? So Tyler's a vampire. No, seriously. Or, the one where Tyler and Josh have to stay on top of their studies and in control their supernatural abilities. Kinda hard, when you're a freshly turned vamp with a werewolf best friend. "i don't deserve you." he said, shaking his head to emphasize his point and smiling slightly. "you're right. you deserve someone better, but i'm going to do everything i can to be the best." ... tyler just got out of high school, planning to move on and do bigger and better things. he's got amazing friends, and is majoring in something he really liked. tyler thought college would be easier than high school, but boy, was he wrong. he's just trying to survive. cramming for exams and staying up until five in the morning was not on his agenda. neither was meeting josh, the cute r.a. right across the hall.
