Hill, god of Silong, the underworld labyrinth of shifting stone and shadow, has always been a quiet figure beneath the notice of the sunlit realms. Easter, god of Alonaw, the boundless ocean of glittering tides and coral cities, has always seemed his opposite-bright, untamed, and endlessly moving. But when a rift tears open between Silong's depths and Alonaw's waters, they are forced into an uneasy alliance. In the search to mend what was broken, shadow learns the rhythm of the tide, and light discovers the solace of the dark. Somewhere between peril and peace, the boundary between their realms, and their hearts begins to fade.

This is based from a true story. Our area is really prone to natural disasters, so it's not common to us. We've experienced the super typhoon Yolanda as well back 2013. It's still traumatic but we manage to recover. A very big thanks to the foreign helpers, I couldn't mention all of the organization name because there's too many. Hope you could learn from this short story. Enjoy!^_^

Joy Watson is beta-testing Mystical Warriors when she unexpectedly enters the video game. All credit for this wonderful fanfic belong to my writing friend Sparrow Aldrickson, who wrote this! She also created Joy/Valkyrie Watson, Avery/Scarab Clarke, and Carter/Typhoon Brown. Only Sigi and the world belong to me. Also, for those who don't know, GUI stands for Graphical User Interface and is pronounced "gooey." (The number of houses, the color of the towels, the location of the Spawn point, and some of the GUI-editing are either in flux at the moment or are not accurate to canon, but not on purpose.)

‘If you will consider Me during these days of grace, if you will turn your ways and repent towards Me, if you will rise up from the sleep of callousness, nothing of this danger will come upon your land. I will bind them; I will turn the winds away; I will scatter the diseases; I will cause your irrigation land to be fertile; I will cause a hundred-fold harvest in your fruits.’

Why do we only appreciate what we have when we've lost it? <><><> In the remains of what once was America lies a struggling civilization. The poorest country, Hannelia, is the weakest and most vulnerable. But what if a storm were to hit Hannelia? No, what if a super typhoon hit Hannelia? What would happen to the country made of wood and barely any electricity? For Jaden Thorne, it would be a nightmare. Without any parents and barely any money to support herself and her two brothers, she has to survive through a massive storm that may or may not destroy the entire city she lives in. Can she survive through it? And even if she does, will she still be able to come out with everyone she loves? Will she still even be able to keep her sanity? Think about it; if you were in her shoes, would you still be able to keep going in the wake of destruction? Copyright © 2014 | All Rights Reserved
