Most of these poems I wrote based on my life experiences but there are a few that I just wrote to write, I hope you guys like them :)

Marina lost her mother at the age of 12 to cancer. Her mother and her had a tradition, every weekend they would go on the roof and sit and look at the clouds. They talked of the faces and the stories they told just by watching. Lillia wouldn't let the tradition die, it helped her deal with the loss of her best friend. Carson lost his father in a motorcycle accident at the age of 14. Ever since he lashes out, he ditches school, throws raging parties, and just doesn't care. It's their senior year at Willow wood high school, and the only way Carson can graduate is if Marina tutors him. Did I mention their neighbors? And they have completely different ideas of fun. Will they connect? Or will they strangle each other? Sounds kind of cliche ^ but we'll just have to see
