Emergency hotline operator Cyrus Valarian starts receiving calls from a man who predicts murders seconds before they happen. The problem is that the caller only speaks to him. If Cyrus isn't working, the calls stop. If Cyrus hangs up, people die uninformed. And somehow, every incident report is beginning to include his name.
