As AI Hera initiated a jump to Slipspace the crew of the ship Spirit of Hope went into cryo stasis with Sierra-G145, one of the last Spartan IIIs, on board. It has been 4 years since last contact with Gamma company or the UNSC. The war with the Covenant factions and Cortana still grows, but Hera doesn't know where she's landed.

Fighting for humanities very existence, untold numbers of UNSC forces will lay down their lives so that countless others may live. This story is a "what if scenario" and unique take on an idea that the creators of Halo original made for a draft to how Halo 2 was supposed to end during the designing phase of the videogames. (When Halo 2 was the "last game" and Halo 3 wasn't supposed to exist due to the current development schedules at the time). That idea being how Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes were supposed to have a "romantic relationship" at the end of the game, but scrapped it due to it making no sense for this to even happen. So, this story about this concept of an unlikely relationship with Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes and will recreate it to be more complex and expand this scrapped idea and potential make something of it. Ultimately, during the darkness of war, the time for companionship is an afterthought as time passes and chaos continues. Will this unlikely duo that being the legendary Spartan 2 Master Chief and UNSC Commander Miranda Keyes grow closer together against such darkness against the Covenant, or fall victim as many have before them.

As for the characters, Ripa 'Moramee is a canon character from the Halo franchise the Arbiter Malevolence is just a made up community title. And Zero Hellsing is a character I made by piecing bits of from anime and demonology together. It's not going to be a good story. It was merely a spur of the moment idea that turned into a not so well put together tale of death and destruction leading to a showdown by the end of it.

So, this will be all about one of my favorite video game series that I grew up with: Halo! I have recently gotten into the books, and let me tell ya, the lore is AMAZING! I'm not exactly sure if there are many Halo fans here on Wattpad, but that isn't a problem, right? Basically, I'll write my thoughts about the Halo games and lore, tell you all about my lovely OC, and maybe write a few imagines or oneshots.
