In a Galaxy far away, it has been years since the Human-Covenant War ended. Many lives were lost and many worlds were burned or destroyed by the fallen Covenant empire. Thanks to the Forerunner's technology and unlimited resources the UNSC now known as the Terran Republic was able to restore their fallen colonies and end human insurrections in the outer colonies. The Terrans also made a strong alliance with a new faction called The Sword of Sanghelios which is led by the Arbiter known as Thel 'Vadam. With this strong alliance, both factions became powerful allies and business partners. Together, they expanded their colonies further into deep space and beyond. But with their expansion, they discovered a new Galaxy and colonies of a new planet called Fury. A year after the planet was colonized they found out that they weren't the only living species in this new Galaxy. *A/N: I do not own Star Wars or Halo. I only own my ideas.*

Follow the story of Gabriel, a regular young man from the world we all know and live in. One day, he wakes up into the Universe of Halo. Surrounded by bodies of dead marines. As Covenant forces close in and ancient Forerunner secrets begin to surface, the two must survive an unfamiliar Halo ring, follow the trail of the failed Project Beacon, and uncover what really happened to the Master Chief before the galaxy loses its greatest soldier forever. An ordinary man. An impossible mission. A journey across the Halo universe where surviving the next day may be just as important as finding the legend everyone else has given up on. Volume 3.5 / 6 (Current Version: Prototype - Version 1.0) (Status: In Production) This story/fanfiction is a 'what if scenario' within the Sci-Fi videogame series known as Halo and is based on the legendary and hyper-lethal Noble 6/Spartan B-312 and his outcome after the end of Halo Reach, essentially surviving after the fall of the planet and his comrades that is Noble Team. (Canonically he is considered dead or MIA) In this story, it takes place after the events of Halo 3 going to Halo 4. Noble 6 and Echo 5 had left Reach mysteriously by ONI, and is reintegrated into the UNSC/ONI forces. After the Human/Covenant War had officially ended in 2553, the duo will be apart of a reactivated program by ONI, known as Project Freelancer. To help lead the way on the reconstruction efforts and safety throughout human territory. (And even go on convert missions against a resurfacing Insurrectionist movement and classified tests in the process as well.) The story is a 'reimagining' of Halo and is non-canon and is to be not taken seriously as this was an idea created back when I first played the games. The Ghosts of War is a prequel and pilot of my main series known as 'Halo Battle Buddies' and will lead up to the first book on where Halo Combat Evolved takes place. In a galaxy-wide war. For over 20 years, humanity has been on the defensive, surviving against the odds from a genocidal religious alien cult known as the Covenant. Fighting for humanities very existence, untold numbers of UNSC forces will lay down their lives so that countless others may live. This story is a "what if scenario" and unique take on an idea that the creators of Halo original made for a draft to how Halo 2 was supposed to end during the designing phase of the videogames. (When Halo 2 was the "last game" and Halo 3 wasn't supposed to exist due to the current development schedules at the time). That idea being how Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes were supposed to have a "romantic relationship" at the end of the game, but scrapped it due to it making no sense for this to even happen. So, this story about this concept of an unlikely relationship with Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes and will recreate it to be more complex and expand this scrapped idea and potential make something of it. Ultimately, during the darkness of war, the time for companionship is an afterthought as time passes and chaos continues. Will this unlikely duo that being the legendary Spartan 2 Master Chief and UNSC Commander Miranda Keyes grow closer together against such darkness against the Covenant, or fall victim as many have before them.

In December of 2559, the UNSC Infinity arrives at Installation 07 with their plan of using a Cortana clone to trap and neutralize her following her actions against humanity with the created. A Hail Mary of a plan by any standards, this is the story of the Top Secret ONI team assigned the even bigger Hail Mary of a back-up plan. Following the unearthing of reports created by Catherine Halsey, a team is created to head down to the ring in search of a Forerunner AI that can use the ring's framework to eliminate Cortana, should blue team fail. However, all know that proverb "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry". Godspeed Spartans.

There were many agents in project freelancer, many weren't as competitive as Carolina's team, and many of them, were entirely forgotten, one group in specific, a group of freelancers led by Agent Colorado, after years of loyal service, and the collapse of project freelancer, they end up as the targets of a sinister threat.

This book has different book authors in the book. (Story) It's 2560, three years after the AI Cortana caused Chaos on UNSC and ONI as on a Mission to Forerunner planet a group of ODST and a Single Spartan III survivors just survive on this planet against both the Flood and Their old foe's after 8 years since the Battle of Ark in 2552.

Master Chief was stuck into a cryptum with his team, they had no access to communicate with the UNSC because they were stuck and froze in the cryptum. The other team with spartan Locke couldn't make it when Cortana's guardian slipspace. What will happen to the world 10000 years later? Or will the blue team be free and manage to stop Cortana and bring her back home?
