When a beautiful bright morning quickly becomes Hailey's worst nightmare, she has to act fast to protect those she loves. Hey Chihards! This is the first fanfic I am posting. I have been a massive Chicago PD fan for a few years and quickly fell in love with Jay and Hailey's perfect partnership. I have started writing other fics but haven't had the motivation to finish. I had this idea roaming around in my head for a while and finally put it into writing. I wrote this fic to be short and sweet, so there are only five chapters. I will release one every week. Hope you like it!

Jay, OA, and Kenny kept in touch after ranger training. They meet up every once in a while, tease each other mercilessly, stand by each other, and most importantly... Protect the women their trio are secretly in love with whenever they're temporarily assigned somewhere away from their 'partner'.
