Just what I think should have happened in future trunk's timeline.

Despite Vegeta constantly threatening her life, despite Vegeta being on death's front door time and time again, despite Vegeta destroying her creations and demanding more, Bulma always cared for Vegeta's wounds and illnesses when everyone else was afraid to. She saw him as a patient, sometimes as an overgrown child, and never let her fear of him effect her treatments. But there were days where even she was afraid. And there were days where she didn't know how she felt. And there were days like these, days where she couldn't tell what Vegeta was feeling, where she couldn't even tell if he was alive.

Vegeta can't stand Bulma! So why is the little voice in the back of his head say otherwise? (Not a one shot)
