Years and years of being told of what he can't do, can't be, can't accomplish. The only one who supported him was his mother until a terrible accident which caused the death. He wasn't old enough to take care of himself or pay for his mother's proper burial so he was out away in the system. He did make some friends and some enemies but one person in his childhood would always be his true enemy and he wasn't going to just be the one to ' try ' and change him. why should he? if he's the enemy of his childhood friend then why not reflect that back on him
